Warren Bischoff

Warren Bischoff is the president and co-founder of The Agora and a partner at Old Greenwich Consultants, the boutique executive search firm focused on the private wealth management industry. Bischoff contributes to executive search engagements at Old Greenwich while leading The Agora's day-to-day operations.

He is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Bischoff holds a flight instructor certification and serves periodically as a tour pilot in the Pacific Northwest. That experience anchors his leadership of The Agora’s aviation vertical, where the partnership extends its work into pilot, owner, and aerospace-executive contexts.

He co-founded The Agora to extend the placement infrastructure of Old Greenwich into a broader partnership of organizations capable of admitting and supporting the next generation of senior practitioners across complementary disciplines.
